Shipping Policy

We ship via USPS Package Service. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) ship. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Creative Designs is not responsible for products once they have been scanned/received by the postal service.

Please note that "First Class" shipping does not come with insurance in case your package is lost or damaged in transit.

Processing time for all orders is 7-14 business days (does not include shipping); weekends are excluded. The processing time may increase for a large quantity order. We strive to have orders processed and shipped as soon as possible.
