How do I place an order?

To place an order, select the item (s) that you wish to purchase and either click the "Add to Cart" or "Buy It Now" button.

*Add to Cart Option: Once you click on the "Add to Cart" button, you can click on either "Check Out" or one of the payment options listed (Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Paypal). Then proceed where you must fill in your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure to double check that you have filled in your details correctly.

*Buy It Now Option: Once you click on the "Buy It Now" button, you can either utilize the Express Checkout or proceed with entering your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure to double check that you have filled in your details.

When will I receive my order?

The processing time for custom items is 1 to 2 weeks. The shipping you select DOES NOT include processing time. We do strive to have them out faster!

Can I receive a refund?

Due to the custom nature of your product (s), we do not offer exchanges, returns, refunds or cancellations. Please carefully place your order. Please read our Refund Policy.

What are the shipping options?

We ship via USPS Package Service. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) ship. Please read our Shipping Policy.
